What started as a small UAE-based sourcing desk in 2011 grew, over the next decade, into a multi-office operation with permanent representation in Mainland China and Hong Kong — the two largest electronics export hubs on earth.
The catalyst was simple: distributors and retail chains across the Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe were trying to source from China but kept hitting the same wall — language gaps, unreliable agents, opaque quality control, and freight forwarders pointing fingers when shipments went wrong. ESTREL built itself as the answer to that problem: one contract, one accountable team, end-to-end execution.
