Join the team behind $100M+ in client trade.

ESTREL is a 62-person specialist operation across three cities. The team is structured for accountability — division heads own outcomes end-to-end, and most roles report directly to one of them. Whichever role you join, your work lands in front of clients within days, not months.

Why ESTREL

Six reasons people actually stay.

We're not the highest-paying option, and we're not the biggest brand. What we offer is real ownership over real work, in an industry where most jobs are either too small to matter or too big to influence.

— 01

Real responsibility from week one

You won't shadow a senior for six months. You'll own RFQs, supplier negotiations or freight bookings within your first fortnight — and your name goes on the deliverable.

— 02

Direct manufacturer access

You'll spend time inside the actual factories that make the world's electronics — Foxconn-tier OEMs, Tier-1 brand authorised distributors, the Greater Bay Area supply chain. Few jobs offer this.

— 03

Multi-office travel & exposure

Most roles include 2–4 inter-office trips per year between Dubai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. For relocated staff, ESTREL covers travel, accommodation and per diem.

— 04

No layered bureaucracy

You report to a Head of Division, who reports to the founders. Decisions move in hours, not weeks. The downside: there's nowhere to hide if you've under-prepared.

— 05

International team & languages

The team operates in English, Mandarin and Cantonese daily. Clients span 10+ countries. If you've ever wanted a job where lunch breaks happen in three languages, this is it.

— 06

Long-term clients = stable work

Most of our largest clients have been with us 5+ years. The work is repetitive in the best sense — patterns become predictable, you build deep expertise, and renewals are the norm rather than the exception.

Where you'd work

Three offices, three different days.

Each location has its own rhythm. Dubai is sales-and-strategy; Guangzhou is operations and on-the-ground sourcing; Hong Kong is trade-finance and trans-shipment. Most roles are based in one office, but cross-office collaboration is daily.

Dubai · UAE UAE Sales Division Full-time · On-site USD $5,500 – $8,500 / mo + commission

Senior Sales Executive

Reports to: Boris (Sales Executive)

— About the role

Join our growing Dubai team to drive client acquisition and account management for the wholesale electronics business. You'll own the full sales lifecycle from RFQ intake to commercial proposal preparation, working directly with our China sourcing team and the existing Dubai sales lead.

We're looking for someone who has closed real B2B deals — preferably in electronics, IT hardware, or wholesale consumer goods — and who is comfortable holding a pricing conversation with a buying director at a regional retail chain or a procurement officer at a corporate IT department.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage incoming RFQs and acknowledge within 4 business hours
  • Coordinate with the Guangzhou team to prepare commercial proposals
  • Negotiate Incoterms, payment terms and lead times with clients
  • Build long-term relationships with B2B buyers across MENA and Central Asia
  • Travel to client sites (UAE, KSA, Egypt, Türkiye) for major deals
  • Maintain CRM with client info, pipeline status and renewal dates
  • Hand over closed deals to the operations team and stay involved through delivery
— Requirements
  • 5+ years in B2B electronics, IT hardware or wholesale consumer-tech distribution
  • Native or fluent English; Arabic a strong plus
  • Track record of closing 5- to 7-figure USD deals
  • Excel/Sheets fluency for CP preparation and pricing analysis
  • Familiarity with international logistics terminology (Incoterms 2020, AWB, B/L)
  • UAE residence or willingness to relocate (visa sponsored)
— Nice to have
  • Existing distributor / retailer / corporate IT relationships in MENA
  • Mandarin or Cantonese language skills
  • Background specifically in IT hardware (servers, networking, datacenter)
  • Experience selling into marketplace sellers (Amazon, Noon)
Guangzhou · China China Operations Full-time · On-site USD $3,500 – $5,500 / mo + bonus

Procurement & QC Specialist

Reports to: Yang (Head of China Division)

— About the role

Join our Guangzhou team to source, vet and quality-control electronics from Chinese factories. You'll be on the road most weeks — visiting suppliers across Guangdong, running pre-shipment inspections, negotiating pricing, and maintaining our supplier database.

This is the role that genuinely makes ESTREL different from a generic trading company: it's the on-the-ground execution that lets us deliver consistent quality to clients in 10+ countries. We're looking for someone with strong Mandarin, AQL inspection experience, and the willingness to spend three days a week in factories rather than at a desk.

Key responsibilities
  • Source 3–5 quotes per SKU from approved and new suppliers
  • Verify factory authorisation status for branded goods
  • Conduct pre-shipment inspections (AQL 2.5 / 4.0 standards)
  • Maintain the supplier database — capacity, pricing, performance scores
  • Negotiate pricing, MOQs and lead times
  • Liaise with the Dubai sales team on quotation timelines
  • Compile weekly sourcing-status reports for clients with active orders
— Requirements
  • 3+ years in China-based sourcing, procurement or QC role
  • Native Mandarin (Cantonese a plus); fluent business English
  • Solid understanding of AQL inspection methodology (GB/T 2828.1 / ISO 2859-1)
  • Willingness to travel weekly across Guangdong province
  • Comfort reading electronics / IT hardware product specifications
  • China work-permit eligibility or right to work
— Nice to have
  • Experience with NDAA-compliant sourcing for surveillance gear
  • Background in OEM / private-label projects
  • Existing relationships with Tier-1 brand authorised distributors
  • Familiarity with CE / FCC / RoHS lab-testing protocols
Hong Kong · SAR Trade Finance & Logistics Full-time · On-site USD $4,000 – $6,000 / mo + benefits

Logistics Coordinator

Reports to: Alesia (Head of Procurement & Logistics)

— About the role

Join our Hong Kong desk to coordinate international freight, customs documentation and trade-finance settlement for our cross-border flows. You'll be the link between our Guangzhou warehouse and the global delivery network — the person who makes sure containers depart on time with the right paperwork attached.

Detail orientation matters more than headline experience here. One typo on a Bill of Lading or a wrong HS code on a customs declaration can hold a $500K container at port for two weeks. We want someone who genuinely enjoys getting documentation right the first time.

Key responsibilities
  • Book ocean and air freight via partnered forwarders
  • Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, B/L, COO and other export docs
  • Coordinate consolidation at the Guangzhou warehouse
  • Manage HK trans-shipment for re-export operations
  • Liaise with banks on L/C documentation and trade-finance settlement
  • Track shipments end-to-end and notify clients proactively of delays
  • Maintain the freight-rate database and forwarder performance log
— Requirements
  • 2–4 years in freight forwarding, customs brokerage or international logistics
  • Fluent English; Cantonese or Mandarin a strong plus
  • Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and HS-code classification
  • Hong Kong work-permit eligibility or willingness to relocate (sponsored)
  • Detail-oriented — one typo on a document = container held at port
  • Comfort with multi-currency invoicing and exchange-rate risk
— Nice to have
  • Experience with L/C, L/C 30/60/90 and other documentary credit instruments
  • Background in NDAA-compliant or dual-use export classification
  • Experience operating a consolidation warehouse
  • Working knowledge of CargoWise, GoFreight or similar TMS platforms
